Quinoa with leeks and mushrooms
Protein-rich quinoa seeds combine perfectly with mushrooms and leeks. Seasoned with lemon, they form an easy simple dish. It will serve as an excellent side dish or a separate dish.

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

    150 г

  • Leeks

  • Mushrooms

  • Sunflower seeds

    4 ст. л.

  • Parsley

    4 ст. л.

  • Lemon

    0,5 шт

  • Garlic

    1 зуб.

  • Spices

    1 ч. л.

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Ingredients uncomplicated. Quinoa from TM Mistral.

Measure quinoa, rinse, cover with water in a ratio of 1:2, add dried Basil (or other herbs) and simmer for 20 min.

Fry the seeds. They will make the dish crispy. Sunflower can take half with pumpkin.

Chop the leek and mushrooms.

Fry 2-3 minutes in butter (or vegetable ) oil. Add the garlic, passed through the press.

Quinoa is ready.

Add the barley to the leeks and mushrooms, stir in the parsley (I had frozen) and zest and juice of a lemon (I substituted 1tbsp spoon of lemon, minced and frozen), salt, pepper. Warm until hot.

Prioduce sprinkle with toasted seeds.
