Pumpkin with firm flesh of cleaned, cut into small cubes. Lime squeeze the juice. Garlic and ginger shred on a grater. Extracted coconut milk from cans or from coconut (e.g., as in this recipe http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/638 02/). Coconut fry on a dry pan.
In a pan heat oil. Fry ginger and garlic until smell. Approximately a minute.
Add to the pan the coconut milk, lime juice, sugar, chili sauce and fish sauce (optional). Stir. Add the pumpkin. Some of her salt. Simmer under cover until soft, about half an hour.
Cooked pumpkin put on the plate.
The liquid in which the pumpkin is extinguished, and leave in the pan. Within a few minutes ovarium sauce until thick.
Pour the pumpkin sauce. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
