Fragrant skewers of beef ribs. The combination of spices and herbs - great for a marinade!

Cooking
Ribs wash, to prepare. Chop into small pieces. Cut meat so that each rib is a separate piece of bone.
Greens, garlic and onions finely chop. Chop the greens in a blender, add oil, vinegar and all the spices. Again beat well.
Add the resulting mass to the ribs.
Mix well, and remove in the cold for a couple of hours. (If possible, you can leave the meat to marinate for longer)
Put the ribs on the grill. I have a grid "Forester ", which is very convenient to use!
Grill the ribs over hot coals until cooked.
