Khachapuri: Imeretian
Very tasty and tender kebab made from pork. As the basis of the marinade acts as pomegranate juice, which gives the meat a very interesting and delicate touch of acidity.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 кг

  • Onion

    2 шт

  • Pomegranate juice

    1 стак.

  • Vinegar

    1,5 ст. л.

  • Soy sauce

    1 ст. л.

  • Spices

Meat wash, dry and cut the pieces.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings.

Add to the meat onions, salt, pepper, soy sauce and wine vinegar, mix well.

Add the pomegranate juice, stir again and leave overnight to marinate.

And in the morning we were disappointed, the beautiful and Sunny weather yesterday turned into a downpour all day today. We decided not to give up - meat-what it is :) and bake it in the oven. Drain the marinade, put the meat on the pan together with the onions and bake in the oven at 250C for half an hour. Or (if the weather allows) take the pieces on skewers and cook on the coals.
