Cooking
Prepare the dressing by mixing sour cream and mayonnaise.
Each cake to coat with 2 sides with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise.
In a frying pan with vegetable oil fry the finely chopped onion. Add chopped mushrooms (some mushrooms to leave Zelenka). When ready, add a little dressing. Put the mushroom filling on the first cake.
Carrots to grate and fry. Eggs to boil. Mix carrots, eggs and some dressing. Cover this mixture in the second cake.
In a pan melt the butter and add cheese. Give the cheese a little melted. Coat them with 3rd cake layer and cover with the 4th (last).
Top cake and sides to coat with dressing. Garnish with carrots, mushrooms, dill and parsley. Bon appetit!
