Lemon and oranges my, we prepare a package for marinating. Packages for marinating use a long time and love them for the convenience. My meat cut into medallions, put in the package.
From citrus squeeze the juice directly into the bag with meat, and chop the zest.
Sent in package of spice and zest, stir. Expel air and close. If you are not warm then 30-40 minutes. if in the refrigerator 2-3 an hour.
Prepare grill and coals. The grill pre-heated and hot grease with vegetable oil.
Spread the medallions on the grill. It is about the right size just all pounds there well missed. Fry the meat until cooked, approximately 20-30 minutes depending on thickness of pieces. I readiness check with a knife to pierce a piece and see if the juice is transparent ready if pink is something else to hold it.
