Gratin of minced meat and rice cereal
I offer another delicious hot dish of French cuisine. Gratin with minced meat, rice cereal, vegetables and chickpeas in a delicate Bechamel sauce.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 г

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Butter

    20 г

  • Rice flakes

  • Carrots

    1 шт

  • Chickpeas

    3 ст. л.

  • Cheese

    100 г

  • Butter

    50 г

  • Flour

    1 ст. л.

  • Cream

    2 ст. л.

  • Milk

    200 мл

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Onions finely cut and fry in butter.

To the onions add the rice flakes and mix well.

Add the minced meat and stir.

Add grated carrots, mix well.

Add the boiled chickpeas. Mix well.

Add salt and pepper to taste, stir and transfer to a baking dish.

Prepare the Bechamel sauce. Heat the butter and add the flour, stir. Boil, add the cream, salt, pepper and grated cheese. Stir until dissolved cheese. Put the sauce in a pot.

Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. (180-200 degrees). It is served hot.
