Cooking
Bake the pancakes with butter Oleina.
Mushrooms soak in water and sprinkle with flour. (Flour the mushrooms well washed)
In a skillet heat the oil. Peel the onion and finely chop it, brown it in the pan. Rinse and finely chop the mushrooms. Add to the onions in the pan. Add salt and spices.
Grate cheese on a grater.
Now spread the filling on the pancake and wrap.
